Biography

Eiza González Reyna is a Mexican actress and singer whose career began in Spanish-language television before expanding into Hollywood action, science fiction, and prestige streaming drama. She was born on 30 January 1990 in Mexico City and first became widely known to young audiences through Mexican television, including the telenovela Lola, érase una vez and the Nickelodeon Latin America series Sueña conmigo. She also released pop albums during the early part of her career, making her an entertainer with both screen and music visibility.

González's English-language breakthrough came with From Dusk till Dawn: The Series, where she played Santanico Pandemonium. The role introduced her to a U.S. genre audience and helped transition her from Latin American teen fame into international film work. Her profile rose sharply with Baby Driver, Edgar Wright's 2017 action film, in which she played Darling as part of the central criminal crew. The film's visibility made her a recognizable presence in mainstream American cinema.

She followed that breakthrough with roles in large-scale action and genre films. González played Nyssiana in Alita: Battle Angel, Madame M in Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, KT in Bloodshot, Maia Simmons in Godzilla vs. Kong, and Marjorie Stewart in The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
