Grey DeLisle

Beyond Scooby-Doo, DeLisle has voiced many major animated characters. Her roles include Vicky and Tootie in The Fairly OddParents, Mandy in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Frankie Foster in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Sam Manson in Danny Phantom, Kimiko Tohomiko in Xiaolin Showdown, Azula in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Ming-Hua in The Legend of Korra, and Monster Girl and Shrinking Rae in Invincible. She has also worked in numerous DC, Marvel, Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and DreamWorks projects. DeLisle's performance as Azula remains one of her signature achievements.
