Simon Pegg

Pegg’s international profile expanded through major franchises. He played Benji Dunn in the Mission: Impossible series, beginning with Mission: Impossible III and growing from comic technician to essential field-team member in later installments. He also took over the role of Montgomery “Scotty” Scott in the rebooted Star Trek films, co-writing Star Trek Beyond with Doug Jung. In Star Wars: The Force Awakens he appeared under creature makeup as Unkar Plutt, giving him a rare connection to several of modern popular culture’s largest science-fiction properties. He has also voiced Buck in the Ice Age films and worked in animation, narration, and video games.

Beyond franchises, Pegg has taken lead and character roles in films such as Run Fatboy Run, Hector and the Search for Happiness, Man Up, Absolutely Anything, and Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose.
