Akio Otsuka

Otsuka's credits cover a broad span of popular culture: Ghost in the Shell, Black Jack, Metal Gear, One Piece, Baki, Fate/Zero, Kamen Rider and Super Sentai-related projects, and numerous film and television dubs. His dubbing work has also made him a Japanese voice for major international actors and characters, a part of voice acting that often receives less attention than anime but is crucial to how foreign films and television circulate in Japan.
