Mirai Ito

Mirai Ito is a Japanese professional wrestler best known under the ring name MIRAI. Born in Miyako, Iwate, Japan, she began her professional career in 2019 and built her reputation in the modern joshi wrestling scene through Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, World Wonder Ring Stardom, Dream Star Fighting Marigold and later Pro Wrestling NOAH. Public wrestling databases list her as competing under the names Mirai Maiumi and MIRAI, with a style built around power, submissions and fighting-spirit presentation.

MIRAI first gained broader attention in Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, where she held the International Princess Championship. She then moved to Stardom in 2021, joining a roster that was becoming more visible internationally. In Stardom she became associated with the Donna del Mondo and God’s Eye units, wrestled alongside performers such as Syuri and Ami Sohrei, and won the Cinderella Tournament in consecutive years. Those tournament victories helped define her as one of Stardom’s notable rising wrestlers in the early 2020s.

After leaving Stardom, MIRAI became part of Dream Star Fighting Marigold, the promotion launched in 2024. Her early Marigold work included teaming with Mai Sakurai and holding the Marigold Twin Star Championship. Listings in film and television databases also associate her with recorded wrestling events such as Stardom New Blood, Stardom Dream Queendom and Marigold Grand Opening Wars cards, reflecting the way contemporary wrestling performers appear in event films and streaming catalogues as themselves or under their ring names.
