Daria Karpenko's contribution as Editor gives Swimming (2022) a more specific texture. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. It is not the whole reason to watch the film, but it meaningfully improves the experience.
