I feel Gavin Lloyd is not convincing

I watched The Lost Voyager (2021) and I think Gavin Lloyd's work as Director is 1.5/10. For me it does not feel very real in many scene. Many moments pass very fast and I do not remember much after it. I do not hate it, but it did not pull me into the story. Some emotion is too simple and I cannot believe the character enough. I think the score is fair because I remember both good part and weak part.
