Keegan-Michael Key has nice moment but also problem

For me, Keegan-Michael Key in Toy Story 4 (2019) is around 5/10. I can understand what the actor want to do, but not every scene is strong. I wanted more detail, but it still have some useful emotion. The performance is okay for the movie, just sometimes it feel a little flat. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. Maybe other people will like it more, but this is my feeling.
