Julian Peters has nice moments but also some problems

Julian Peters as Set Decoration in Christmas Next Door (2017) made me pay attention more than I expected. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. I remember both the good parts and the parts that did not work so well.
