A useful but uneven turn from Branko Neškov
4/10 · Sound
What stood out to me about Al Berto (2017) was how Branko Neškov handled the role. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
