This role does not fully suit David Fletcher

What stood out to me about American Made (2017) was how David Fletcher handled the role. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
