Seamus McGarvey has flashes, but it wobbles

I came away thinking about Seamus McGarvey's work as Director of Photography more than I expected. I like the idea of the performance more than the full result. The quieter stuff works better than the bigger beats. Some scenes click, some just sit there. I would not call it bad, just not as sharp as it could have been. It is solid enough, but there are moments where it feels a bit on autopilot. I can see someone else being kinder to it, but I did not fully get there.
