Richard Merryman is solid, with a few rough edges

There is something pretty interesting about how Richard Merryman fits into Double Impact (1991). The quieter stuff works better than the bigger beats. I would not call it bad, just not as sharp as it could have been. I like the idea of the performance more than the full result. Some scenes click, some just sit there. I can see someone else being kinder to it, but I did not fully get there.
