Dharmajan Bolgatty feels too thin here

Looking just at Dharmajan Bolgatty's work as Ayyappadas, there is a clear point of view in the performance. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
