Lee Hee-jun feels too thin here

Lee Hee-jun's contribution as Senator Kim Nak-su gives Bystanders (2022) a more specific texture. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
