Kunihiko Yuyama has flashes, but it wobbles

Kunihiko Yuyama gives this role a little extra shape without making a big show of it. Some scenes click, some just sit there. The quieter stuff works better than the bigger beats. I would not call it bad, just not as sharp as it could have been. It is solid enough, but there are moments where it feels a bit on autopilot. I can see someone else being kinder to it, but I did not fully get there.
