Bill Nye has good moments, though not fully even

Looking just at Bill Nye's work as Self, there is a clear point of view in the performance. The performance has a clear idea behind it, but the execution is not equally strong throughout. A few scenes feel specific and grounded, while others fall back on familiar choices. I appreciated the intention more than every individual moment. It supports the film well enough, though it rarely changes the temperature of a scene. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
