Mark Lee is one of the stronger parts
8.5/10 · Acting
I kept coming back to Mark Lee's choices here, especially in the smaller beats. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
