Carla Giraldo feels too thin here

Looking just at Carla Giraldo's work as Valery Reinoso, there is a clear point of view in the performance. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
