Vishnu Besi has good moments, though not fully even
6.5/10 · Camera
What stood out to me about Satyabhama (2024) was how Vishnu Besi handled the role. I appreciated the intention more than every individual moment. It supports the film well enough, though it rarely changes the temperature of a scene. The performance has a clear idea behind it, but the execution is not equally strong throughout. There is some texture here, but I wanted a little more surprise. A few scenes feel specific and grounded, while others fall back on familiar choices. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
