This role does not fully suit Sean Ryan

Looking just at Sean Ryan's work as Manager of Operations, there is a clear point of view in the performance. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
