Aubrey Woodiwiss works in parts

I kept coming back to Aubrey Woodiwiss's choices here, especially in the smaller beats. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
