A useful but uneven turn from Leonardo Gatti
7.5/10 · Directing
Looking just at Leonardo Gatti's work as Second Assistant Director, there is a clear point of view in the performance. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
