Susumu Chiba is okay but not always strong

Susumu Chiba as Isao Kondou (voice) has some moments that stayed in my mind. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. Maybe other people will like it more, but this is my feeling.
