This role does not fully suit Anouck Sullivan

Looking just at Anouck Sullivan's work as Makeup Artist, there is a clear point of view in the performance. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
