Nick Frost feels too thin here

Nick Frost's contribution as Bill Whilmsley gives Unfinished Business (2015) a more specific texture. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
