Mel Brooks is one of the stronger parts

Mel Brooks's contribution as President Skroob / Yogurt gives Spaceballs: The New One (2027) a more specific texture. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
