Heather Mackey is okay but not always strong

I watched The River and the Wall (2019) and Heather Mackey was one of the parts I kept noticing. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. Maybe other people will like it more, but this is my feeling.
