Thea Rodgers is okay but not always strong

Thea Rodgers as Construction Coordinator in The Roses (2025) made me pay attention more than I expected. I think this work helps the movie a lot, even when the story is busy. The acting feels natural, and I can follow the feeling very easily. The timing is good, and the emotion comes at the right moments. There are small expressions that make the character feel more real. It is one of the reasons the movie stayed interesting for me.
