Vitor Morais feels too thin here

Looking just at Vitor Morais's work as Second Assistant Director, there is a clear point of view in the performance. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
