Derek Thompson has good moments, though not fully even

Derek Thompson's contribution as Creature Design gives The Mummy (1999) a more specific texture. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention.
