Tom feels too thin here

Looking just at Tom's work as Actor, there is a clear point of view in the performance. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
