This role does not fully suit Meagan Lewis

What stood out to me about Surrogates (2009) was how Meagan Lewis handled the role. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
