Jessica Albertson has good moments, though not fully even
7.5/10 · Costume & Make-Up
Jessica Albertson's contribution as Costume Designer gives Trainwreck (2015) a more specific texture. Even in crowded scenes, the performance keeps a clean line through the story. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
