Stewart F. Lane is solid, with a few rough edges

Stewart F. Lane was the thing I kept watching in Mr. Saturday Night (2022). I kept waiting for a more specific angle on the character. The performance does the job, but not much more than that. It feels like the role needed another layer that never quite showed up. A few choices felt pushed, and that pulled me out of the scene. It never really locked in for me. That is the part I kept thinking about after the movie ended.
