Strong, thoughtful work from Juan Martín Hsu

Juan Martín Hsu's contribution as Associate Producer gives Big Shadow (2024) a more specific texture. The choices are controlled without feeling mechanical, which makes the character easy to trust. What works best is the balance between restraint and clear emotional intention. There is enough texture in the quieter beats to make the role feel lived in. It adds value without trying too hard to dominate the film. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.
