Arthur Maningas never quite convinces

Looking just at Arthur Maningas's work as Production Design, there is a clear point of view in the performance. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
