Abraham Taylor never quite convinces

I kept coming back to Abraham Taylor's choices here, especially in the smaller beats. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
