Artem Tkachuk never quite convinces

What stood out to me about The Sea Beyond (2020) was how Artem Tkachuk handled the role. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. Different viewers may value it more, but for me the effect was limited.
