Michael Jaffe never quite convinces

Looking just at Michael Jaffe's work as Executive Producer, there is a clear point of view in the performance. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. It is not a careless performance, but it feels under-shaped. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. My reaction is mainly about this specific film, not a judgement on the performer overall.
