Casper de Vries is okay but not always strong

I watched The Alliance (2023) and Casper de Vries was one of the parts I kept noticing. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. Maybe other people will like it more, but this is my feeling.
