Marko Anttonen is okay but not always strong

I watched Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (2010) and Marko Anttonen was one of the parts I kept noticing. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. There are good moments, especially when the scene is quiet. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. I remember both the good parts and the parts that did not work so well.
