Chris Bower is okay but not always strong

For me, Chris Bower's work in Lord of War (2005) is easy to talk about after watching. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. Maybe other people will like it more, but this is my feeling.
