Divine Hammer

I kept coming back to Mae M.'s choices here, especially in the smaller beats. The performance is functional, but it does not leave much after the scene ends. Several choices feel too broad for what the scene seems to require. I wanted more specificity, especially in the emotional transitions. The work never fully settles into the rhythm of the movie. That overall aftertaste is what stayed with me after the credits.

Mae M. as Camera Operator in Divine Hammer (2025) get 8/10 from me. The timing is good and the emotion come at the right place. I think this work help the movie a lot, even when the story is busy. There is many small expression that make the character more real. It is not too loud, but still I can remember the performance after watching. So I feel it is one good reason to keep watching the movie.
