Kim Seung-hyun as Detective Choi in Spirit: The Beginning of Fear (2020) made me pay attention more than I expected. It is not too loud, but I still remembered the performance after watching. There are small expressions that make the character feel more real. I think this work helps the movie a lot, even when the story is busy. The acting feels natural, and I can follow the feeling very easily. It is one of the reasons the movie stayed interesting for me.
Julien Gallois as Gaffer has some moments that stayed in my mind. Some parts are good, but other parts feel normal and not very fresh. I wanted more detail, but it still has some useful emotion. I can understand what the actor wants to do, but not every scene is strong. The performance is okay for the movie, but sometimes it feels a little flat. This is only my personal view, but the performance changed how I enjoyed the film.

For me, it does not feel very real in many scenes. I do not hate it, but it did not pull me into the story. Some emotions are too simple, and I cannot believe the character enough. I remember both the good parts and the parts that did not work so well.
